Ordering Instructions

Call us at 817-599-7500 to place your order. Or you can use our online order form if you know your part numbers. Most wheels are not in stock; Wheel order generally take 3-5 weeks for polished aluminum and 4-6 weeks for Chrome plated. These orders must be custom made with the manufacturer for your specific bike. Thank you for your understanding.

When checking order status, please give us your name, and brief description of your order (manufacturer, style, etc.)
In the case of a backorder, you will be notified and given the option to be placed on a waiting list with a 50% deposit. We will call you once the part arrives to confirm order. Remaining balance is due upon shipment.

  Easily choose from our entire inventory here on the website. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover credit cards, Paypal, Cashiers Checks and Personal Check for Special Orders(personal checks will be held for two weeks until they have cleared). We use the latest SSL encryption technologies to assure that your purchases are made in a completely secure environment.
  A full deposit  is required on orders over $500. 
   

• Sales Tax 
  
  The Biker's Image® is located in Texas. 8.25% state sales tax will be charged to all and only TEXAS Residents. 
   
• Shipping and Handling
  
  We offer shipping within continental US.. International residents must supply their own shipping, unless a deal has been worked with a sales rep.
  All shipments are done through UPS or FED-EX unless otherwise specified by customer. (Depending on A.P.O. addresses.)
  
  

• Returns & Exchanges 
  
  We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied  with your purchase, you may exchange or return it within 15 days of purchase. Shipping cost may be refunded and a 15% restocking fee might apply to all returned items. 
  

• Cancelled Orders

• There will be a 20% fee charged on all cancelled orders over two weeks of age as per  original order date. Make sure of what you are ordering and give it one last thought before making a commitment to order! We cannot cover the cost of cancelled orders once they are in build process!

• Return Instructions: 
  
  Email us at bikersimagecom@aol.com or use our contact form to notify us of your intention to return the item (s).
  We will then email you with a Return Confirmation Number. Legibly write this number somewhere on the box that you are returning to us, along with your return address.
  Please use the same packing materials that came with your shipment when/if possible.
  Carefully pack your item and include a brief note indicating the reason for the return.
